The following questions are presented: Was Beatie’s claim under the note and bill of sale an estate which was merged into his claim against Edmonds under the distress warrant,, or did Beatie purchase the note and bill of sale to protect himself, and to hold the note and bill of sale as a claim against Edmonds, the person liable to pay the same?
