MEMORANDUM OPINION, FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW AND FINAL JUDGMENT

This is the third case against the Key Largo Marriott Hotel brought by individuals and associations of disabled Americans seeking attorney’s fees, costs of litigation, and injunctive relief.

The Defendant Hotel settled the first case with a payment of substantial attorney’s fees and costs of litigation, admission of non-compliance with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act and a stipulated Final Judgment requiring the Defendant Hotel to remove all barriers to disabled…
