The complainant below, Standard Steve-doring Co., Inc., of New Orleans, Louisiana, brought suit in the Chancery Court of Shelby County against the defendant, Sol I. Jaffe, d/b/a United Steel Products Co. of Memphis, Tennessee, to rescind the purchase and sale of a motor crane.
