GEORGE W. Latimer, Judge:

The accused was convicted on four specifications of pandering, three specifications alleging receipt of payment for the services performed, and one specification of false swearing, all in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 934. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, total forfeitures, and confinement at hard labor for one year.
