This is a writ of error to the Superior Court of Cook county, to reverse a judgment for costs against the plaintiff in error, in favor of thé city of Chicago, the defendant in error.

The suit was brought in the Superior Court by the plaintiff in error against the city of Chicago for a personal injury sustained by the falling of a sidewalk on which she was standing, in front of a house at 3209 Halsted street in said city, on May 8,1900.
