*167The defendant, a New York City school safety officer, was charged with two counts of unlawful imprisonment in the second degree (Penal Law § 135.05), forcible touching (Penal Law § 130.52), three counts of sexual abuse in the third degree (Penal Law § 130.55) and endangering the welfare of a child (Penal Law § 260.10 [1]).
