On the petition of Ellon J. Stanger, the widow of Kénry S. Stanger, bankrupt. Oil the 30th day of December, 1871, Henry S. Stanger, who then lived in Montgomery county, Va., was on his petition adjudged a bankrupt. In his schedules he surrendered a tract of land lying in Montgomery county, containing 183 aeres, it being the moiety of a tract of land conveyed to said Henry S. Stanger and Jamos 1,.
