ALTENBERND, Judge.

Terry Kenneth Williams appeals the order denying his motion for postconviction relief that was filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. We affirm the denial with the exception of the portion of the order dealing with Mr. Williams’ claim that his lawyer was ineffective for failing to investigate his alibi defense. We conclude that Mr. Williams should be given a final opportunity to plead this claim.
