The appellant, Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen, is a fraternal society or co-operative association of employees in certain branches of railroad service. It has a grand lodge and subordinate lodges with a constitution and general rules adopted and. amended from time to time by its conventions of delegates. It is of the class-of fraternal benefit societies embraced within the terms of section 681c-l et seq., Kentucky Statutes.
