This cause comes on for hearing upon the amended bill.of complaint in which an injunction is prayed restraining the defendant M. A. Flynn, city clerk, from attesting, and the defendant Oscar Hochland, circuit clerk, from filing in the office of the circuit court of Jackson county, Mo., certain tax bills against the property of complainant growing out of proceedings in the municipal court of Kansas City, Mo., for the condemnation of certain lands in Kansas City for the opening and) widening of Sixth street in said city, and the assessment of benefits against…
