John Joseph Mericie, herein'called petitioner, appearing pro se, appealed directly to this court from orders of the criminal court of Cook County dismissing his petition in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis and denying his motion to vacate the order of dismissal. This petition was filed under the provisions of section 72 of the Civil Practice Act. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1957, chap, no, par. 72.)
