OPINION OF THE COURT

THIS MATTER WAS BEFORE THE COURT, pursuant to the Defendant’s motion to suppress his breath test results, and the Court having heard testimony of witnesses, and argument of counsel, hereby denies the motion.
The facts of the case are that the Defendant, was arrested for DUI and given a breath test. Thereafter, he requested that he be taken to a *206Doctor or other private concern, to have his blood drawn and tested.
