Manor, Incorporated (hereinafter referred to as V.I.P.) appeals from a final order of the circuit court of Madison County which vested in the Department of Transportation of the State of Illinois (hereinafter referred to as the Department) title to certain real property pursuant to the Department’s motion for immediate vesting of title, filed under section 2.1 of the Eminent Domain Act (Ill.
