ERICKSTAD, Chief Justice.

James Grace appeals from a district court judgment upholding the North Dakota Workmen’s Compensation Bureau’s dis*577missal of his claim for benefits for injuries resulting from a heart attack he suffered during the course of his employment. We affirm.

James was employed for approximately six to seven weeks as the masonry foreman for Buckley Masonry on a project at North Dakota State University.
