PREWITT, Presiding Judge.

Following jury trial defendant was convicted of second-degree burglary and sentenced to a term of seven years’ imprisonment. He appeals, claiming six points of trial error.

The first point we discuss is defendant’s contention that the trial court erred in not directing a judgment of acquittal because there was insufficient evidence to support the conviction. In reviewing to determine if a submissible case was made, we accept as true all evidence favorable to the state, including all reasonable inferences drawn from that evidence, and disregard evidence and inferences…
