Gregory Scott (Scott) appeals his conviction for rape. Scott contends that the trial court erred by permitting an expert witness to give improper hearsay testimony, by giving an Allen charge containing improper language which had a coercive and prohibited effect on the jury, and by denying his motion for a directed verdict of acquittal when the evidence presented at trial was insufficient to support his conviction for rape.
