Appeals (1) from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed February 8, 1999, as superceded by decision filed May 21, 2001, which, inter alia, ruled that claimant was ineligible for Trade Adjustment Assistance under the federal Trade Act of 1974, and (2) from a decision of said Board, filed April 5, 1999, which denied claimant’s application for reopening and reconsideration.
