This is an appeal from jury verdicts in favor of defendant and against five plaintiffs-appellants. The five causes of action were by agreement consolidated for trial.

Defendant-respondent’s motion for a directed verdict at the close of plaintiffs-appellants’ case was overruled. At the close *20of all the evidence defendant-respondent again moved for a directed verdict which was again overruled.
