Following a jury trial, defendant was found guilty of first-degree sexual abuse. ORS 163.427. He appeals the resulting judgment of conviction, asserting two assignments of error. We reject defendant’s first assignment of error without written discussion and write only to address his second assignment, in which he contends that the trial court erred when it imposed a 75-month mandatory prison sentence.
