I. Introduction
Currently before the court are plaintiffs’ Motion for Summary Judgment, defendant’s Motion to Postpone Ruling on plaintiffs’ Motion for Summary Judgment, defendant’s Motion to Strike, and defendant’s Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings.
