The defendant, Campbell, was charged with disposing, of personal property under lien in violation of Section 172 of the Criminal Code of 1922. The second paragraph of the indictment was as follows : “The Jurors of and for the County aforesaid, in the State aforesaid, upon their oath, Present that Lacy D.
