MAYER, Circuit Judge.

Anne L. Briscoe petitions for review of a final decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board which dismissed her appeal for lack of jurisdiction. 63 M.S.P.R. 137 (1994). We affirm.

Background

The Department of Veterans Affairs proposed Briscoe’s removal by notice dated December 15, 1991, for absences without leave and noncompliance with leave policy.
