This is an appeal from a writ of prohibition issued by the district court of Donley County, Texas, upon the original application of the appellee Mrs. Nellie Kuteman, and directed to the probate court of Donley County, and R. Y. King, the judge thereof, and the appellants, Beatrice K.Stone, her husband, Jerome S. Stone and Guinn Williams.
