NUGENT, Presiding Judge.

The defendant, Richard Stiles, appeals his conviction of assault in the second degree. He challenges the sufficiency of the evidence asserting that the state did not prove venue and complains of errors in certain comments made by the prosecutor *945during closing argument and in the trial court’s refusal to quash the jury panel after the prosecutor used his peremptory challenges to strike all black persons on the venire. We affirm.
