OPINION Sandia Laboratory Federal Credit Union refinanced Debtors’ house in 2019 and mistakenly recorded its mortgages in the wrong county. Debtors later filed this chapter 7 case. When the trustee discovered the recording error, he sued the credit union to avoid the mortgages. Fearing the loss of their house, Debtors moved to dismiss the case.
