Ida Walker, formerly a teacher in the Stuttgart, Arkansas schools, appeals the judgment of the district court1 denying her claim for reinstatement, back pay and other benefits under the Arkansas Teacher Fair Dismissal Act of 1979, Ark.Stat.Ann. §§ 80-1264 to -1264.10 (1980 replacement) (repealed 1983).
