ORDER DENYING THE APPLICATION OF THE FARMERS STATE BANK FOR THE ALLOWANCE AND PAYMENT OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSE CLAIM

In this Order the Court has addressed the Application of the Farmers State Bank for the Allowance and Payment of an Administrative Expense Claim (“Farmers”). Objections have been filed by Pugh Shows, Inc. (“Debtor”), the Internal Revenue Service and Belmont National Bank. The Court has concluded that the Application should be denied.
