Before the court is Debtors’ Objection to Claim (the “Objection”) of Wachovia Bank National Association as Trustee of the Security National Mortgage Loan Trust 2004-1 (“Wachovia”) and Wachovia’s Motion to Allow Claim (“Wachovia’s Motion”). Both pleadings present the same issue, ie., what is the amount necessary to cure the Debtor’s default to Wachovia for the purposes of § 1322(b)(5) (the “Arrearage Claim”).
