This Court's original opinion, dated January 11, 1991, is withdrawn and the following is substituted therefor:

This case involves a suit brought by former clients who allege that their lawyer negligently handled their case. On March 18, 1986, Murray Beasley filed a personal injury suit on behalf of Marvin and Betty Michael against Gunnin Pulpwood, Inc., and Caril Preston Holland.
