This is a proceeding under article 78 of the Civil Practice Act to review and annul the determination of the respondent trustees of the incorporated village of Massapequa Park which denied approval of a certain plat plan, or, in the alternative, to compel the remaining respondent, clerk of said village, to issue a certificate pursuant to section 179-k of the Village Law.
