In conjunction with his co-trustee, Catherine Elias,' the defendant Schweyer held 270 of the 500 shares of stock in the Henry Elias Brewing Company. Coveting the presidency of the corporation with its salary of $10,000, the defendant so. contrived as to secure his election to the’ position against the protest of his co-trustee and the beneficiaries of his trust.
