Before the Court is the Final Chapter 13 Plan and Motion for Valuation (the “Plan”), filed by Kenneth Launza (“Laun-za”) and Shery Baker (“Baker”) (collectively, the “Debtors”) on November 28, 2004. The chapter 13 trustee (the “Trustee”) filed an objection to confirmation (the “Objection”) on December 28, 2004. The confirmation hearing, after two continuances, was held on April 21, 2005.
