OPINION

ANNE GARDNER, Justice.

I. Introduction

Appellant Eric Schura Schragin appeals his conviction following a jury trial for felony driving while intoxicated (DWI). 1 He contends in his first point that the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction because there is no evidence he operated a motor vehicle, and he argues in his second point that the State improperly commented on his post-arrest silence. We affirm.
