RIDDICK, Circuit Judge.

On September 14, 1937, Herman J. Stern-berg, who was then a resident of Missouri and unmarried, executed his last will and testament. By this will he provided for the distribution of his automobiles, household property, and personal effects to his surviving brothers and sisters, and devised the residue of his estate, in trust, to St. Louis Union Trust Company and William F. Sternberg, a brother, as co-trustees, to pay the net income of the trust estate in equal shares to his brothers and sisters during their lives with remainders to their children. Broad powers were…
