Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Chemung County (Castellino, J.), rendered February 28, 1997, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of attempted robbery in the second degree.

Defendant was charged in a two-count indictment with burglary in the second degree and robbery in the second degree. Following a Wade hearing, County Court denied defendant’s motion to suppress identification evidence, and subsequent plea negotiations resulted in defendant pleading guilty to the lesser included violent felony of attempted robbery in the second degree.
