dissenting.—In dissenting from the majority opinion attention is called to the fact that David B. McConnell died a resident of Vanderburgh County, Indiana. At the time of his death he was in the employ of the appellee. His widow, the appellant herein, qualified as administratrix of his estate in the Vanderburgh Probate Court, which court, under the statute, was the only court authorized to qualify the administratrix.
