Daniels and his wife Mrs. Marian E. Meyer Daniels, residents of Caddo Parish, listed with plaintiff for sale Lot 14, Nichols Subdivision of Shreveport, agreeing to pay the regular commission for such service; that it procured and furnished a purchaser, Henry L.
