This is an appeal filed by DePaul Realty Company (DePaul) from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County dated December 13, 1973, denying a motion by DePaul to vacate a prior order of the same court dated September 24, 1973, wherein the court remanded the matter to the Borough Council of the Borough of Quakertown (Borough) for a hearing.
