MEMORANDUM OPINION ON DEBTORS’ MOTION TO AVOID JUDICIAL LIEN AND THE OBJECTION THERETO BY TONNESON

This matter came before the Court for hearing on the Debtors’ Motion to Avoid Judicial Lien and the objection thereto by Jennie Tonneson. Debtors appeared through their attorney Holt Guysi.
