1Opinion of the CourtParker, J.

Mrs. Rosa Sims Michael sued Mrs. O. R. Whitlock and Mrs. Doris Golembiewski for damages for personal injuries, alleged to have been sustained when a car driven by Mrs. Golembiewski and owned by Mrs. Whitlock collided with an automobile owned and driven by the plaintiff’s husband in which she was riding as a passenger.
