Dissolving injunction.

This is an action by Childers and Only against the Louisville & Nashville Eailroad Company to enjoin it from closing a passway. The circuit court granted the injunction and a motion has been entered before me by the defendant to dissolve the injunction. On the hearing of the argument, Judges Carroll, Nunn and Hannah sat with me; but in the determination of the matter all the judges sat.
