DECISION

ROBERT E. GRANT, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter is before the court on a motion to dismiss. The motion has been filed on behalf of the Area Five Counsel on Aging and Cincinnati Insurance Company. Movants claim the debtor is not eligible for relief under Chapter 13 because his noncon-tingent, liquidated, unsecured debts exceed $100,000.00.

Relief under Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code is restricted to individuals whose debts fall within certain parameters and are of a certain type. See 11 U.S.C. § 109(e). At the present time, we need only address the limitations upon unsecured…
