This case came before the Supreme Court on December 8, 2009, pursuant to an order directing the parties to appear and show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not summarily be decided. The defendants, LUVRAJ, LLC, and Raju Chadha (Chadha and collectively defendants) appeal from the Superior Court’s grant of a motion by the plaintiff, Catherine Goetz (plaintiff), to enforce a Minnesota District Court judgment pursuant to the Uniform Enforcement of Foreign Judgments Act, G.L.1956 chapter 32 of title 9.
