I. INTRODUCTION

This action arises from the denial of plaintiff Bradley Bentzen’s (“plaintiff’) claim for Social Security benefits. On December 18, 2006, plaintiff filed applications for Disability Insurance Benefits (“DIB”) and Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) under Titles II and XVIII of the Social Security Act (the “Act”).
