DECISION AND ORDER

This is an involuntary Chapter 7. The case is dismissed for the reasons stated below.
PROCEDURAL SETTING
On September 9, 1980, an involuntary petition for relief under Chapter 7 was filed by Louis G. Bernstein (“Bernstein”) against J.M. Check Cashing Corp. (“J.M.”) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 308(b)(2) 1 The petition recited that J.M. owed him $36,000 based upon two loans he allegedly made to it. Because of an incorrect address, relief was delayed.
