BATEMAN, Justice.
The appellee Atlantis Electronics Corporation sued the appellant Worth Tool & Die Company for title and possession of certain personal property valued at $46,668.-84, and had the property seized under writ of sequestration. The answers of the jury to the special issues submitted to them were favorable to the appellant, but the court rendered judgment for appellee non obstante veredicto.
