Appeal from a judgment of the Ontario County Court (William F. Kocher, J.), rendered January 21, 2015. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of robbery in the third degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
