Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed January 2, 2004, which, inter alia, ruled that claimant voluntarily withdrew from the labor market.
Prior to his retirement, claimant was employed as a correc*821tion counselor with the Department of Correctional Services. He suffers from numerous health conditions, including chronic fatigue syndrome, aphasia, diabetes, coronary artery disease, stress, anxiety, panic disorder and has had multiple strokes.
