MEMORANDUM OPINION
ALEXANDER WILLIAMS, JR., District Judge.
Pending before the court is Petitioner Wayne R. Gold’s petition for injunctive relief pursuant to Section 10(j) of the National Labor Relations Act. A hearing was held on this matter on July 21, 2011. *858For the reasons stated herein, the Court will GRANT Petitioner’s request for injunctive relief.
