Plaintiff, Dwight D. Long, appeals from a judgment entered on a jury verdict for the defendant, Twehous Contractors, Inc.
This appeal arises out of an automobile accident which occurred on February 12, 1988. Viewed in the light most favorable to the verdict, the facts show that on the morning of February 12, the plaintiff, an employee of the Missouri Highway and Transportation Department, was driving on Highway 54 south of Jefferson City.
